David has been in the field of residential and commercial construction management for over 30 years.  Yolanda has been painting and decorating all her life.  Our attention to detail and the quality of our craftsmanship has earned us respect and continued business from our clients.    We work from our studio or on location.  We provide our clients with original designs tailored to their lifestyle and budget. 

We live in Cabo Rojo, Puerto Rico.  The most beautiful beaches are minutes away, and we try to sneak in some fishing and beach combing as often as we can.  Our studio is open to the public daily and we appreciate all the visitors we receive.
